Committees

How decisions are made

  • Investment Committee

    Meets twice a month. Approves every commitment above a defined threshold by qualified majority, on the basis of a full memorandum and an independent due diligence report.

  • Risk Committee

    Reviews exposure by country, currency, counterparty and sector on a quarterly basis, together with stress scenarios.

  • ESG Committee

    Examines the non-financial rating of each holding and rules on corrective action plans.

  • Audit Committee

    Oversees internal control, the quality of financial information and the relationship with the external auditors.
